Welcome to Coastal Frenchbulldog. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Puppy Reservations and Deposits

To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required. This deposit applies toward the total purchase price of the puppy. The deposit is non-refundable if you change your mind, but fully transferable to another available puppy from Coastal Frenchbulldog.

If Coastal Frenchbulldog cannot provide a healthy puppy as described, the deposit is fully refundable.

2. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover (credit cards)
• Cash (for in-person pickup only)

The remaining balance (total price minus $200 deposit) is due before the puppy is delivered or picked up. Full payment must be received before the puppy leaves our care.

3. Pricing

Puppy prices range from $1,800 to $2,500 depending on color, gender, and lineage. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once you have reserved a puppy, the price is locked in.

4. Health Guarantee

Every puppy comes with a 1-year health guarantee covering congenital and hereditary conditions. Full terms are detailed on our Health Guarantee page. To activate the guarantee, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery and provide the records to us within 5 days.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We offer nationwide delivery to all 50 states. Delivery fees vary by location and method. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after payment is completed. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Coastal Frenchbulldog is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, airline issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local pickup is available at our Fort Pierce, Florida location by appointment only.

6. Puppy Selection and Availability

Puppies are shown on our website as they become available. Availability changes quickly. We do our best to keep the website updated, but please contact us to confirm current availability. Coastal Frenchbulldog reserves the right to refuse the sale of any puppy for any reason.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

As the buyer, you agree to:

• Provide a safe, loving home for the puppy
• Provide proper veterinary care, including vaccinations and routine checkups
• Complete the 72-hour vet check to activate the health guarantee
• Not use the puppy for illegal activities or fighting
• Contact us first if you can no longer keep the puppy — we will always take back any puppy we have bred

8. Return Policy

If you cannot keep your puppy for any reason, you must contact us immediately. We will always take back any puppy we have bred. Refunds are handled according to the health guarantee terms. No refunds are given for change of heart, allergies, or lifestyle changes after the puppy has been delivered.

9. Breeder Rights

Coastal Frenchbulldog reserves the right to:

• Refuse the sale of any puppy to any individual
• Update these Terms and Conditions at any time
• Cancel a reservation if false information is provided

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coastal Frenchbulldog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or care of your puppy. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the puppy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Frenchbulldog, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your ownership or care of the puppy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or purchase of a puppy constitutes acceptance of any changes.
