Schedule Vet Visit
Within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, take them to a licensed veterinarian for a wellness exam.
Submit Records
Email the vet exam results to info@coastalfrenchbulldog.com within 5 days.
Keep Documentation
Save all vet records. The guarantee remains active for the full first year with proper documentation.
📄 Full Health Guarantee Terms
Coverage Period: 1 year from the date of pickup/delivery.
Requirements: Puppy must receive a veterinary examination within 72 hours of pickup/delivery. Proof of exam must be submitted to Coastal Frenchbulldog within 5 days.
Covered Conditions: Congenital and hereditary conditions that adversely affect the puppy's quality of life, confirmed in writing by two licensed veterinarians.
What's Not Covered: Routine illnesses (colds, parasites, injuries), improper care or nutrition, environmental allergies, hip dysplasia diagnosed after 12 months, or conditions resulting from neglect or accident.
Remedy: If a covered condition is diagnosed within the first year, Coastal Frenchbulldog will provide a replacement puppy of equal value (when available) or a full refund of the purchase price. The puppy must be returned to us for verification.
Transferability: This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
