Nationwide delivery options
Professional coordination and clear expectations.
We confirm location & timing
We start by confirming your city/state, the best delivery window, and any travel constraints. We don’t guess — we confirm what’s realistic.
We explain the plan
Before anything is scheduled, we explain the delivery steps clearly and answer questions. You’ll know what to expect before the day arrives.
We keep communication simple
When delivery is arranged, we stay in touch so there are no surprises. If something changes, we communicate it quickly and directly.
Note: Delivery options can vary depending on location and scheduling. The best way to get an accurate plan is to contact us with your city/state and your preferred timing.
Scheduling and reservations
Clear holds, clear timing, and a calm process.
Reservations
If you’re reserving a puppy while pickup or delivery is being scheduled, we use a deposit to hold the puppy and remove them from availability. This prevents multiple families from trying to reserve the same puppy.
- Deposit amount: $500 to reserve
- Purpose: hold while scheduling is finalized
- Communication: clear confirmation once reserved
Timing matters
We’ll always give you realistic timing. If a delivery window isn’t workable, we’ll tell you upfront rather than overpromising. That’s how we keep the process smooth and trustworthy.
